1. Overview

NullMind is an autonomous AI-driven security research and penetration testing system developed by DeeLMind.

This software is currently closed-source.
Access is granted solely to the compiled software, binaries, documentation, and related materials under the terms described below.

No source code is provided, and no rights to inspect, modify, or redistribute the source code are granted at this time.

2. Permitted Use

You are permitted to use NullMind only for the following purposes:

• Security research and experimentation
• Educational and academic study
• Authorized penetration testing and red team simulation
• Internal security assessment of systems you own or have explicit permission to test

All usage must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using NullMind to target systems, networks, or services without explicit authorization
• Any form of illegal hacking, exploitation, or unauthorized access
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code

6. Future Licensing & Open Source Notice

DeeLMind explicitly reserves the right to:

• Change the licensing terms of NullMind in future versions
• Release parts or all of the source code under an open-source license
• Offer alternative commercial or research licenses

No future open-source release is implied or guaranteed by this license.

7. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if you violate any of its terms.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of NullMind and destroy any copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
